The challenge of creating new sharing tools for reaching the hearts of members of a specific ethnic group, such as Japanese- and Asian Americans, is to present the gospel in a way that’s both biblically sound and culturally sensitive. It is no small task when traditional western presentations of the Gospel are considered “sacred cows” in the evangelical world. But someone had to try something new and different at the risk of being labeled a “heretic” because the traditional presentations were not working very effectively with this ethnic group, and so many lives were at stake. So Iwa did it, more than once. Some are in print. More are on the way. Now if people would just try them. . . .
